Alta Gracie Davis

 
Alta Gracie Davis was born on June 10, 1937 in Seymour, Texas to James Richard and Mabel Elizabeth (Patton) Akridge. She attended school through the eighth grade. She was a homemaker most of her life. She married Cecil C. Davis on March 6, 1954. in Pecos, Texas. Grace was saved when she accepted the Lord into her life as her savior several years ago.  She was preceded in death by her husband on October 5, 2007 and by her parents.
Alta Gracie Davis passed away on September 19, 2013 in Perryton, Texas at the age of 76.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Solomon of Amarillo, Texas; her daughters, Carol Lewis of Perryton, Texas, Libby Dixon of Colby, Kansas, Cheryl Bouthillier of Spanish Fork, Utah; her sister, Ruby Jacobs of Las Vegas, Nevada; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services for Alta Gracie Davis will be Monday, September 23, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Beaver First Baptist Church with Danny Hendricks officiating. Interment will be in the Pioneer Cemetery.
