Betty Jean Day

Memorial Funeral Services for Betty Jean Day are set for May 24, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the Forgan Christian Church.  Betty passed away in the Beaver County Nursing Home at the age of 90 years, 9 months, and 21 days. She was born in Lafe, Arkansas to Thomas James and Alviena (Buehler) Robb. She moved to Oklahoma as a very young girl. She attended school and she married John Rufus Day whom preceded her in death. Betty is survived by her sons, Thomas Getz, Sperry, Oklahoma, Carl Crites, Enid, Oklahoma, Ernest Dusty Brinkley, Beaver, Oklahoma; her daughters, Sandra Byrd, Collinsville, Oklahoma, Robbie Hancock of Beaver, Oklahoma; one brother, Merlyn Robb of Forgan, Oklahoma, 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
