Beulah Edith VanMiddlesworth was born September 6, 1923 to William and Laura Belle (Ferris) Warner in Fredonia, Kansas. She graduated high school and she was a member of the Methodist Church. She has been a resident of Beaver County, Oklahoma since 1956. She married H.R. VanMiddlesworth in Fredonia, Kansas on December 31, 1941 and was a homemaker all her life.
Beulah passed on June 22, 2016 in the Beaver County Memorial Hospital at the age of 92.
She is survived by her husband, Dick, of Beaver, Oklahoma; her son, Charles VanMiddlesworth of Edwardsville, Kansas; her daughter, Dena Mahaffey of Beaver, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
