Bobby Gene "Whitey" Getz

Bobby Gene “Whitey” Getz was born May 3, 1942 to Louis Henry and Alma Minnie (Beigle) Getz in Beaver, Oklahoma. He graduated from Beaver High School and went to barber college. He married Wanda Judd on December 11, 1966 in Beaver, Ok. Whitey retired from being a maintainer operator for Beaver County.  He was a member of Jaycees and the Beaver Volunteer Fire Department. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings.

Whitey passed on December 13, 2016 in the Beaver County Nursing Home at the age of 74.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda of Beaver, Ok; his sons, Bradley Gene Getz of Beaver, Ok and Scott Getz of Dalhart, Texas; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
