Charless Journey Has Just Begun
Don't think of Charles as gone away,
his journey has just begun.
Life holds many crossroads,
and Earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears,
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today,
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
In the hearts of those he touched
For nothing loved is ever lost -
And he was loved so much.

Dear Karen, It has been years, but yet it seems not so long ago. We remember our many Sunday dinners at your home when Mike & I drove to Beaver every week for him to lead the singing and direct the choir. Wonderful memories, you were both such gracious hosts. I remember my first exposure to NBA after lunch on Sunday. We are praying for you and will meet you both again in our great reunion in heaven.
Love In Christ

Dear Karen and family,
Please know how very sorry we are about Charles. He was truly one of the kindest gentlemen I have ever met. The boys always enjoyed the two of you cheering for them at their ball games. That is one of the things I things I miss the most about high school is spending time with the two of you at sporting events.. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Love,

I just wanted to let you know what an inspiration Charles was to me. Him and Karen both always seemed to have a soft spot for me and my children while I was living in Beaver. He was such a Godly man and he is going to be missed by my family very much. Myself along with Kortney, Justin, and Emily loved him. Seemed as though my kids would light up every time Karen and Charles would approach then in church and talk to them. Wish we could be there on this day of sorrow. Just know that he was a wonderful man and God has his arms wrapped around him. He has a new body now and it is perfect. Thank you JESUS!!!!!
