Connie Faye Dumcum

Connie Faye (Karber) Dumcum was born April 20, 1953 in Cortez, Co to Jake and Dorothy Karber. She graduated from Booker High School in May 1971. On May 5, 1975 her first son, Devin, was born and then on October 11, 1977 her second son, Kelly, was born. Connie worked for Jesse Lile Ford for a number of years before ending up at Courson Oil and Gas were she retired a little over 2 ½ years ago. Connie was baptized by Bro Len Gregory in 1991 into the General Assembly Church of the First Born. On September 6, 2002, she married Roger Dumcum. Connie enjoyed a number of activities with family including riding bikes, white water rafting, snow skiing, and lifting weights. Her most favorite activity was watching her grandkids play sports and other activities. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, a niece and her husband. Connie passed on June 19, 2022 at her home in Booker. She is survived by her son Devin Garton and wife Sasha of Amarillo, son Kelly Garton of Booker, son Chris Dumcum and wife Heather of Perryton. Grandchildren Ashlyn Garton, Kulton, Ryker and Dash Garton, Jessika and Zak Dumcum.
