David Earl Frederick

 Beaver, Oklahoma

David Earl Frederick was born February 13, 1954 to Harry Hebert and Rosa Mae (Wells) Frederick. He graduated from Beaver High School and did two years of Vo-Tech school. He married Norma Mahaffey on July 26, 2012.  He worked in the oilfield industry as a driller.  He was a member of the Church of Christ, a member of NA, and member of AA. He was preceded in death by his parents.

 He passed on November 30, 2014 at OU Medical in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his wife, Norma, of the home; his daughters, Christina Harris of Buffalo, OK, Amanda Frederick of Guymon, OK, Diana Robinson of Balko, OK, and Sara Frederick of Beaver, OK; four grandchildren and a host of other friends.
