Dustin Cyril Cross

Dustin was born on October 10, 1983, to Lynn & Cheryl (Bozarth) Cross in Beaver Oklahoma, where he was welcomed home by his big brother Cyrus Lynn. Dustin lived the first three years of his life in Chickasha, OK before returning to the family farm in Elmwood, OK.

Dustin attended school at Garrett and then he finished his education at Balko School. Dustin then worked for the oilfield for years and farmed and helped with the family cattle. He was in the Elmwood fire department for several years.

Dustin enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and cookouts with his family and friends.

Dustin is preceded in death by paternal Great-Grandparents Rufus and Elizabeth Cross, paternal Grandparents Marshall, and Pauline Cross, along with maternal Grandmother Carol (Mimi) Bozarth.

Dustin Cyril Cross, 38, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022, at his home in Bryans Corner, Oklahoma.

Survivors include his parents Lynn and Cheryl Cross of Elmwood, OK, brother Cyrus Lynn Cross of Beaver, OK, and dear friend Keisha McDaugale and son of Bryans Corner, OK, maternal grandfather Auto Bozarth of Derby, KS, along with aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and fishing buddies.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Elmwood Fire Department or any fire department of your choosing.
