Guestbook

To each of you, children of Elsie and Dude, your mother, as you know, was a very special lady who has touched so many lives and will continue to do so on a daily basis.  She has been an inspiration for me since I was a child.  She came to our house frequently to check out library books from Mom's Traveling Library and always had a big smile on her face as she left with an armful of books.  She warmed my heart so.  She lead me through, and continues to lead me through difficult times while raising my son.  She shared her wisdom, courage, love and fortitude.  She has blessed so many lives throughout her life time and I will always hold her in my heart and soul for being in my life.  God Bless each of you children and your families.

Our sincere sympathy to the family. Elsie was always a special person to me...all the years I was the Director at the Sheltered Workshop.  Will Ray worked with us for about 20 years.  Elsie would bring us goodies...and see that the Balko Ladies made us at least one  special meal a year, and sometimes more than one a year.   They donated a hand made quilt to raffle off.  She was a real champion to us,  and we loved her.  So glad I had the privilege to know Elsie.  Sending love and prayers for the family.  I know she will be missed.
Sincerely,
Pat Sandusky
