Jackalin Marie Baird

Jackie Baird, 72, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2026. She was born on June 11, 1953, to Cecil Wesley Baird and Leona Marie Jones.

Jackie graduated in 1971 from Banning High School in Banning, California. Throughout her life, she made her living as a cook, sharing her talents in various restaurants across California, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas. Cooking was not just her profession, though. She especially cherished preparing meals for her family.

In her free time, Jackie found joy in simple pleasures. She loved playing bingo, penny poker, and dominoes with her friends at Beaver County Nursing Home. She was also an avid reader who enjoyed immersing herself in murder mystery novels.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Janice; and her brother, John.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: daughter Michelle Beckham of Oklahoma; son Kenneth Beckham and his wife Suzanne of Pennsylvania; and daughter Annie Baird of California. She also leaves behind three grandchildren, Donnie Beckham and his wife Nicole of Arkansas, Wesley Beckham of Pennsylvania, and Anna Beckham of Pennsylvania, as well as one great-grandchild, TaKoda Beckham of Arkansas.

Jackie is also survived by her brothers, Jim Baird and his wife Jill of Arizona, and Jerry Baird and his wife Jeannie of Arizona, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alan Clark Funeral Home in Beaver, Oklahoma.

Jackie will be remembered for her warmth, her love of family, and the comfort she brought to others through her cooking and companionship.
