Leona Marie Perry

Leona Marie Perry was born on March 5, 1945 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to Leon and Margaret Chase. At age 9, her sister, Mary Jane and her were raised by her loving aunt and uncle, Mary and Cleator Chase. She graduated from Freedom High school in 1963 and proceeded to attend Northwestern in Alva. She met and married Billie Charles Perry in 1964 and to this Union 3 children were born, David Martin, Rebecca Dawn & Steven Dell. Leona had several careers through the years but the one she was most proud of was the position at OEDA area on aging. She started the elder fair in Beaver County that still happens every year. She was a long time member of the Beaver First Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother, Aunt and Uncle and great grand daughter, Emmy Grace .

She leaves husband, Billie of the home; son, David Perry, of Beaver, daughter, Rebecca and Russell Howard, of Logan, Oklahoma and son Steven and Rhonda Perry of Beaver, Oklahoma; sisters, Mary Jane and Johnny Steinbrecher, Sherry and Vance Hennington, & Carla and Jerry Adams; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren a host of other family and friends.
