Norma Lee Smith was born November 23, 1928 in Beaver County, Oklahoma to William Henry and Iva Mae (Barker) Ullrich. She graduated Beaver High School and she was managing a Home Health Care facility. Her father and mother preceded her in death.
Norma passed on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Beaver County Nursing Home, Beaver, Oklahoma at the age of 89.
She is survived by her brothers, Charles and Elvin Ullrich, Beaver, Oklahoma and a host of other family and friends.
