Patsy Luana Neihart

Patsy Luana Neihart-Blasingame, age 69, of Durant, Oklahoma, passed away on May 3, 2026, in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born on May 19, 1956, in Shattuck, Oklahoma, to Franky and Billie (Tice) Blasingame.

Patsy grew up in Oklahoma and graduated from high school before beginning a career with the IRS, where she worked as an agent for many years. She was united in marriage to Ronnie Ray Neihart, who survives her. Patsy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who cherished her family deeply.

She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Neihart; her father, Franky Blasingame; her sisters, Debbie Blasingame and Harriet Ann Racha; her children, Paige Quillin, Shonda Williams, Kevin Neihart, Tammy Neihart, Michelle Neihart, Mickie Neihart, and Jashua Marting; along with numerous grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie (Tice) Blasingame.

Patsy will be remembered for her caring heart, dedication to her family, and the love she shared with those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Services for Patsy will be held at the General Assembly of the Church of the First Born, located at the corner of Highway 23 and EW 16 Road in Beaver, Oklahoma. Services will begin at 10:00 A.M. with Brother Tracey Morrison officiating.
