Susan Diane Kile of Beaver, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, November 1st, 2022. She had been diagnosed with a form of pancreatic cancer just a few months prior to her death. She is survived by her husband Terry Kile of the home in Beaver, Oklahoma.
Susan was born on July 4th,1944 to parents Vernon and Ernestine Wood of Guymon, Oklahoma. She was one of four children. She was preceded in death by her sister Sandi Stump and brother Stephen Wood of Guymon. She is survived by her sister Shari Remling also of Guymon.
She had two sons and was preceded in death in 2008 by son James (Jim) Webb of San Antonio, Texas and survived by son John Webb of Lenexa, Kansas and her two daughters-in-law, Jim’s wife Heidi Webb and John’s wife Lynn Webb.
The greatest joys of her life were her grandchildren. Jim’s boys, Brett and wife Lindsay and son Cash, Jarrod and wife Katie and son Jaxson, and Jim and Heidi’s boys Ronald, Patrick and wife Amanda, Travis and wife Jillian, and Jim and Heidi’s youngest son Justin 16 years of age. John’s boys, Joshua, Jonathan, and Jeremy.
Susan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. At times she was a secretary, book-keeper, farm wife, farm hand, and a dedicated 4H Mom. Her gentle but wise guidance was pivotal to the success of her family.
Susan and Terry were married 27 years and enjoyed retirement together at their home in Beaver before she became ill.
The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the caring staff at the Beaver County Nursing Home for making her as comfortable as could be for the last few weeks of her life. The Beaver community is truly blessed to have such a beautiful home filled with caring and skilled staff.
