Susan Marie Turner

Susan Marie Turner was born May 4th 1958 to Danny and Eleanor (Corky) Foster in Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital in Philip SD. She moved to Darrouzett Texas as a young girl. She graduated class of 1976 at Darrouzett High School. She was in the restaurant industry for many years. She married Edward Messner and had two sons. Lived at the Messner farm for 41 years. In 2007 she met her second husband Robert Turner (Butch). She enjoyed beautiful sunrises, good old country music. She always had a large Diet Coke with extra extra ice. Grandma always had the best fashion shows with the grandkids and made everyone the most beautiful scrapbooks.

She was preceded in death by Danny Foster, Eleanor May Foster, Edward Messner & Robert Turner (Butch)

She passed unexpectedly on August 8th 2025.

She is survived by her two sons Darryl and Kimberly Messner of Amarillo TX. Donnie and Jamie Messner of Canadian TX,

Her five Grandkids Kaitlyn Benton of Amarillo, Arren and Luis Navarrete of Spring TX.

Annie Messner and Brandon Russell of Canadian TX.

Ellsie Messner of Canadian TX, Eli Messner of Canadian TX.

And a precious great-granddaughter Lilah
